Included in this listing is a brand new, complete remote oil filter kit for all post 1976 Rover V8 engines. This kit uses a sandwich plate and mushroom cap in place of the original oil filter, 22 inch piping to the remote oil filter head.Technical Specifications

- The side exit sandwich plate and mushroom top have an overall combined length of 88mm from the face where the original oil filter would bolt to your timing cover/oil pump base.
RPi Advice
- Ensure that the new location for your oil filter is securely mounted
- For any Rover V8 engine, the only oil to be used should be 20/50 grade and contain a ZDDP additive, regardless of your vehicle's make, model and age
- Our recommendation is Valvoline VR1 20W/50
- Be weary of your oil filter location - make sure you can get to it come service time!
