A set of oil pump gears suitable for all Rover V8 "serpentine" type front covers, including GEMS and Thor engines, in other words all Rover V8 engines which feature a crank driven oil pump. It's well worth replacing the oil pump gears if you have the front cover removed (such as when replacing a camshaft). After all, it's the heart of your engine and failure will cause catastrophic damage to any engine.When fitting please assemble with engine oil.

- Always install with engine oil.
- RPi recommends Valvoline VR1 20W50 oil for all Rover V8 engines.
